General information
Verification of certain measuring instruments may be performed by an authorised verification body. Any natural person or legal entity or partnership under commercial law may be authorised to do so if the related requirements are met.
Requirements
Satisfaction of the requirements defined by Section 35 of the Maß- und Eichgesetz – MEG as well as by the Ordinance Concerning Verification Bodies issued by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Economy.
Deadlines
No special deadlines need be observed.
