In general, these rules also apply to entrepreneurs from EU Member States in Austria.
The operator of an online shop must make the goods available without unnecessary delay, but in any case within 30 days after the conclusion of the contract. If it has been agreed that the product will be shipped, it must be delivered to the consumer within 30 days. A different agreement may be made with regard to the period for delivery of the goods.
