Registration for Companies

Registration for My USP is generally straightforward for companies with multiple shareholders, as well as for associations.

The only requirement is that the company or association has access to FinanzOnline through a FinanzOnline Supervisor account.

Registration Process

Step 1

You will most likely need the FinanzOnline Supervisor login credentials for your company. Have these ready and start the registration process using the button above.

Select your company’s legal form in the registration wizard and, if required, log in using your digital signature (ID Austria or EU Login).

Step 3

The company’s management receives the registered mail letter (RSa letter). It contains:

  • Instructions and information for the company’s management.

  • Supplement 1 – For USP Administrators, containing the activation code.

  • The USP credentials for the user account with administrative privileges.

After receiving the letter, the company’s management must hand over “Supplement 1 – For USP Administrators,” including the activation code and USP credentials, to the person selected as the administrator in the registration wizard.

Step 4

The USP administrator logs in to My USP on behalf of the relevant company using the credentials provided or a digital signature.

The administrator will then be prompted to enter the activation code.

Once the activation code has been entered, the registration process is complete, and My USP can be used immediately.
