Income report

The income report is one measure intended to bridge the pay gap between men and women. The report is a company-related income analysis that contains an anonymous description of the salaries of men and women.

Companies with at least 150 employees are required to submit an income report every two years.

The competent works council or – in companies without a works council – individual employees have a right to information. They can take legal action to have the income report drafted and handed over.
