Compost processing – Records

General information

The processor has to keep records and to document on:

• Type, quantity, origin of the wastes taken over
• Reception control
• Separation of undesirables
• Processing and transfer of the raw materials and the processing batch produced thereof
• Designation of the batch
• Compost producers
• Further documentation and proof of quality in accordance with Annex 6 to the Kompostverordnung

Deadlines

The records shall be kept continuously.

Federal Ministry for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology (→ BMK)

Procedure

There is no special procedure to be followed.

Proof and documents according to Annex 6 of the Kompostverordnung.

Costs and fees

No costs accrue for making it available.
