Registering for My Business Service Portal "Mein USP" using a FinanzOnline company account Step-by-step guide for individual entrepreneurs

Requirements

You will need your company's FinanzOnline login details, and to hold administrator rights (i.e., a FinanzOnline supervisor account)

3 steps for registering with "Mein USP"

  Registering

  Log on to FinanzOnline

  • Go to https://finanzonline.bmf.gv.at/fon/ and log on using your FinanzOnline account credentials
  • Click on the link "Zum Unternehmensserviceportal registrieren" (register with the Business Service portal)

  Request an "RSa-Brief" (official letter)

  • Confirm the details on the "RSa-Brief" and ask for it to be sent to you, complete with your activation code and password
  • Make sure you keep the PDF file with your Business Service Portal registration details in a safe place

• 

  Completing the registration process

  • Once you have your Business Service Portal registration details, you can use them to log in to the portal.
  • Set a new PIN
  • Enter your activation code
